Mountain Rating:-

This is a 1 Mountain Top Rating and is suitable for mountain beginners.

You should be able to walk over hills at a pace of around 2.5 miles per hour and be comfortable hiking up to 10 miles.

Price:- Including Accommodation

£230 per person which includes booking fee, 1 night accommodation, organised evening meal/entertainment, Sat and Sun Hike.

This excludes any food or drink.

Itinerary:-

Saturday 11th May

This is a quick weekend trip including simple accommodation, beautiful scenery, good food and great company!

Meeting at around 09:30am on Saturday 11th May in the Brecon Beacons, you will be lead on a hike of around 8-10 miles over some of the Brecon Beacons most iconic mountain terrain!

Covering a circular route you will have the opportunity to experience breathtaking scenery while giving body and mind a break from the normal day to day.

Accommodation for the Saturday night is at a local bunk house with a lovely local Welsh pub directly over the road for an evening meal and a few drinks!

The accommodation is basic with shared bunk rooms but covers all needs and there is a great dining and chill out area in the snug.

Maximum of 4 people to one room.

Sunday 12th May

I will lead a half day hike up a lesser climbed peak that offers panoramic views and a challenging, but beautiful hike to the summit. We will take our time! From there we will depart having accumulated some quality mountain miles in the body and good times spent with lovely people.

Weather and Routes:-

The weather can change rapidly when out hiking and so plans are subject to change should the weather dictate it may to be too dangerous or unpleasant to hike along certain routes.

In the event of such circumstances we have alternative routes as a back up to maximise your experience with us!
